This is the second review I have written about Ken Evoy’s Site Build It (SBI) program. (to read the original review please click here) I decided to write a new review because there have been many new features added since I wrote my last one a year and a half ago. And these new features make Site Build It the perfect platform to use to start an internet business in 2009.
Before I begin listing off a bunch of new features I will just briefly recap what Site Build It is and isn’t. As I have stated before SBI is NOT a get rich quick scheme. In fact, I can’t even guarantee that you will make money using it.
You will get out of it exactly what you put into it. If you are looking for empty promises of fast money then you will be sorely disappointed with SBI. However, if you are willing to work towards your own success then I think Site Build It is probably the best tool out there for you.
To put it more simply Site Build It can help you to build a long term successful online business. BUT only if you are willing to commit the time and effort to make it one.
Site Build It is a tried and true way of making quality niche sites that the search engines love. It includes everything you need to be successful right out of the box. Not only do you get web hosting for your web site but you also get a step by step action guide explaining exactly what you should be doing to start and then grow your own internet business.
I have built two successful sites using the Site Build It process. However, I recently sold both of them for thousands of dollars each and agreed that I wouldn’t disclose what topic they were on. I did this because the new owners don’t want lots of new people competing with them. But, I can tell you that both sites together were earning me as much as $500 a month with little effort beyond creating the sites in the first place.
And while I can’t show you my sites I can show you lots of other great sample SBI sites here. I can tell you first hand that these sites a good example of what you can accomplish with Site Build It. Without the Site Build It action guide I am sure I would not be where I am today.
The reason I haven’t build more websites with SBI is because at the time when I first started using it there were certain technical limitations to their platform that wouldn’t allow me to create blogs. However, this has been one of the first major improvements to SBI for 2009 is that now you can now easily create a blog for your site.
A second important new service offered by Ken Evoy is SiteSell Services. This is for people who have an existing business and need a web presence. Not only does it offer the complete Site Build It package but also includes a complete content writing service for you. You can find out more about this option here.
The third great feature added for 2009 is that Ken is now offering all his ebooks free of charge. These are great guides that used to cost up to $49.99 each. Each one deals with a different aspect of starting a business online. The fact that he is now giving them away free shows me how confident he is in his product. Click here to see all the great free ebooks he is offering.
Now all of these great new features are on top of the already existing ones. You can use Site Build It to start almost any sort of internet based business. For example you can create a website that takes advantage of Google’s Adsense program as outlined here. Or, you could use it to grow an online auction business as outlined here. Or, you can even use Site Build It to expand your local business: either on your own as outlined here or through SiteSell services as outlined here.
So there you have it. If you want to start an internet or online business in 2009, Site Build It is the platform to do it with. But, don’t take my word for it click here for proof that Site Build It works. Or, click here to watch videos of people who love SBI. Or thirdly you can take a video tour of all that SBI has to offer by clicking here.
Remember, that you can try Site Build It totally risk free. The only person who can make you a success is you. Take the first step today by seeing how you can try Site Build It risk free only by clicking here now.

Online auctions are likely the most accessible, quickest, and easiest means of buying what you want from the comfort of your own home. For those who are always on the go, buying products from online auctions provides them with the most convenient means of shopping for a huge variety of items.
For a number of reasons, a lot of people today find online buying a very convenient way to shop. It has paved the way for people from all over the globe to purchase certain products which are unavailable or hard to find in their own locales. These days, online auctions are so popular that just about everybody has heard of them, and probably even tried them.
Selling Basics
Using an online auction to sell merchandise is really quite simple. Simply find a site that appeals to you and register for an account. Some of these sites require a fee, although most are free. Be aware, however, that those sites which charge a fee often have advantages that justify the cost.
Deciding which items to sell is the next step. Get your feet wet by auctioning off some of your stuff that’s just taking up space in the house. Once you have some experience, you might want to start shopping at garage sales, discount stores and factory outlets for merchandise that you can re-sell and make a profit from your online auction.
Before you start selling, carefully read the terms and conditions of the online auction site, and be aware of your responsibilities and potential liabilities. Maintain open and honest communication with your buyers so that you can avoid potential problems following a sale.
How to Start Buying
You’ll find that buying stuff on an online auction site is much easier than selling. Just like setting up a seller account, you must register at the site of your choice before you are allowed to bid on an item that interests you. Before you make a bid, remember to check the credibility and the reviews of the seller. This is valuable information as you make a decision on whether the vendor is trustworthy and can deliver as promised.
Once you have established the credibility of the seller, it’s time for you to make a bid and hope to get a good price. To avoid overspending, set a maximum bid; this way your purchase won’t be overpriced in terms of your time, effort and cash.
Online auctions provide you with better access to the things that you want to buy. When used wisely, it can make shopping so much more convenient.

This is the second guest post by Yaro Starak. Remember you can download his Blog Profits Blueprint for free to learn how to start your own money making blog.
In every bloggers life comes a special day – the day they first launch a new blog. Now unless you went out and purchased someone else’s blog chances are your blog launched with only one very loyal reader – you. Maybe a few days later you received a few hits when you told your sister, father, girlfriend and best friend about your new blog but that’s about as far you went when it comes to finding readers. Here are the top 10 techniques new bloggers can use to find readers.
These are tips specifically for new bloggers, those people who have next-to-no audience at the moment and want to get the ball rolling.
It helps if you work on this list from top to bottom as each technique builds on the previous step to help you create momentum. Eventually once you establish enough momentum you gain what is called “traction”, which is a large enough audience base (about 500 readers a day is good) that you no longer have to work too hard on finding new readers. Instead your current loyal readers do the work for you through word of mouth. Top 10 Tips
10. Write at least five major “pillar” articles. A pillar article is usually a tutorial style article aimed to teach your audience something. Generally they are longer than 500 words and have lots of very practical tips or advice. This article you are currently reading could be considered a pillar article since it is very practical and a good “how-to” lesson. This style of article has long term appeal, stays current (it isn’t news or time dependent) and offers real value and insight. The more pillars you have on your blog the better.
9. Write one new blog post per day minimum. Not every post has to be a pillar, but you should work on getting those five pillars done at the same time as you keep your blog fresh with a daily news or short article style post. The important thing here is to demonstrate to first time visitors that your blog is updated all the time so they feel that if they come back tomorrow they will likely find something new. This causes them to bookmark your site or subscribe to your blog feed.
You don’t have to produce one post per day all the time but it is important you do when your blog is brand new. Once you get traction you still need to keep the fresh content coming but your loyal audience will be more forgiving if you slow down to a few per week instead. The first few months are critical so the more content you can produce at this time the better.
